Booking will be subject to availability of rooms;

Payment Terms: 50% upon booking, 50% upon check-in;
Transferable; Non-refundable.
Not applicable for seminar, corporate and wedding guests.
In case of rebooking, the buyer must pay the balance equal to 50% of the regular rate of the purchased room less the paid promo rate.
Unused ticket after June 30, 2013 will be forfeited.
